Well, I’m not at the Singapore A380 reveal party (because clearly my invite from Singapore Airlines got lost in the mail).

But I’m drooling over the images coming out now via their new A380 reveal site. The first route to get these

Here’s the new First Class suite:

That is TWO suites, with the divider down so you can connect the beds.

Or just lounge around

Is this a living room?

Suites class lavatory

And the new business class, which features a 1-2-1 configuration that allows you to convert the middle two seats into one big bed:

That business class meal looks like a First Class meal

These seats will first be installed in the A380s flying the Singapore – Sydney route. But just one a day to start (according to Australian Aviation, starting December 18th). The flight number is SQ232 from Sydney to Singapore and SQ221 from Singapore to Sydney.

Yes, you can absolutely book these with KrisFlyer miles – if you can find availability. I would love to fly this in January, when I’ll actually be in Sydney and could head back via Singapore, but unfortunately haven’t been able to locate availability to book it. If I can, I’ll absolutely take some videos and a few million pictures for you all.

And remember, you can transfer miles to KrisFlyer from all four transferable currencies: Chase, Citi, Amex, and SPG. So if you can find the availability, then you can fly the flights.

Who else is drooling here?  Let me know here, on Twitter, or in the private MilesTalk Facebook group.
