There have been many deals, like this last one for $30 off $60 at Amazon with One Amex Membership Rewards Point.

20% off at Amazon with 1 Amex Membership Rewards point

Doctor of Credit is reporting that there’s a new offer for 20% off anything sold and shipped by Amazon.com but you have to be targeted (spoiler: I’m not). The limit is $50 (so that would be off of $250 max).

Here’s the direct link to activate your offer (or be told you aren’t eligible): https://www.amazon.com/b/ref=as_li_ss_tl?node=19256913011

Remember that if you are targeted, you’ll need to use at least 1 Amex Membership Rewards point for payment to activate it. Don’t use more as that’s a poor use of points. Use 1 point.

If you haven’t done this before, you’ll need to make sure you have a linked Amex card in your Amazon account that earns Membership Rewards. Then select that Amex card as payment. And then in the box asking how many dollars you want to cover with points, select 0.01.

Since I can’t do it myself, please let me know if Amazon gift cards work. There was a previous promotion where it did. And then it didn’t….

HT: Doctor of Credit (I think if you click back to DoC you can use their affiliate link – since they did find the deal after all.)

Did you get the offer?
