American Express is currently offering a 25% bump in points for transferring to JetBlue, making transfer yield an even 1:1 ratio.

This is not nearly as compelling as the 30% bonus to Virgin Atlantic, because JetBlue’s redemptions are revenue based meaning that while your exact yields will vary by route/day/time you will never best 2%. So, I personally would only transfer to top up for an award you are close to, but I’d never recommend a transfer of all the points you’d need for an award. That’s because points are finite and you can get a much better redemption with a non-revenue-based program.
