Amex Blue Business Cash

Amex has quietly discontinued the SimplyCash Business card. it was a popular cash card with rotating categories and appears all will remain in tact for current card holders, however you will no longer be able to apply.

The features of the card were: 5% cash back at office supply stores and wireless telephone services (up to $50,000 a year), 3% on the category of your choice from 8 options(up to $50,000 a year), and 1% on everything else.

The new card that seems to replace it is called the:

American Express Blue Business Cash

Amex Blue Business Cash

It’s as simple as it sounds and directly matches the popular Blue Business Plus credit card (which earns 2X Membership Rewards on all spend up to $50,000 per year, 1X thereafter).

This card, similarly, earns 2% in cash back on all spend up to $50,000 per year and then 1% thereafter.

There’s no annual fee on either card.
