Today sure has been a whirlwind of new card news and offers!

Chase has also picked today to increase offers on these three United credit cards, with the United Business Card offering a crazy 150,000 miles.

If you are in a cash crunch, you should avoid travel rewards credit cards until you are caught up. Here are our favorite credit cards for Intro 0% APR offers and for balance transfer offers

United Business Card

  • Up to 150,000 Miles! Earn 75,000 miles when you spend $5,000 in 3 months plus earn an additional 75,000 miles when you spend $20,000 total in your first 6 months.

I value this bonus at $1,800 which is quite amazing. You can absolutely grab a round trip in Business Class to Europe for this bonus which would be over $2,000 in value easy.

United Gateway

Chase sure loves to elevate these offers…. then reduce them… then elevate them.

If you are interested, certainly these elevated offer periods are the time to get one.

Keep in mind that you also get expanded saver award availability in economy when you have any of these cards (I explain in more detail in the info links above on Your Best Credit Cards).

Remember that the United Quest card still has a 100k offer.

New to all of this? My “introduction to miles and points” book, MilesTalk: Live Your Wildest Travel Dreams Using Miles and Points is available on Amazon and at major booksellers.

I got "in the game" in 2003 and since then I've collected literally millions and millions of frequent flyer miles and hotel points. I've flown around the world in first class seats that would cost $29,000 using frequent flyer miles and a few bucks in tax. And I've stayed in some of the finest hotels - all for free! A few years ago I realized many of my friends actually thought I was paying for these!! So I started sharing my tips. It's long been a passion, but when I hosted a session on Miles and Points at this year's South by Southwest festival, my love of the game intensified and this blog was born.
