Registration is now live for the October-December 2022 period for your Chase Freedom and Freedom Flex cards.
This is for both the legacy Chase Freedom and the new Freedom Flex.
As a refresher, the old Chase Freedom and the new Freedom Flex allow you to earn 5X Ultimate Rewards points on whatever the chosen categories are for that 3 month period. The limit is $1,500 in spend for the quarter per card, for a total of 7,500 Ultimate Rewards points on the spend.

Chase Freedom Family 4th Quarter (2022) 5X Bonus Categories
You can now register for the 4th quarter on your Chase Freedom or Freedom Flex. Both Freedom Flex (including converted Freedom Flex cards) and the original Freedom cards will have access to these bonus categories which are:
- PayPal
- Walmart
This should a pretty easy one to max out. PayPal is accepted by more online merchants than you think and worst case you could pay some estimated tax at 1.87% and get 5X back.
Activation Deadline
You must activate by December 14, 2022.
