On the American Express website there is a link to check your pre-qualified offers (this is not an affiliate link). Personally, I’ve always gotten “nothing special” but today I’m seeing several elevated offers.

Notably, I’m being offered 50,000 Membership Rewards for the Gold Card which was at 50,000 points at launch but since dropped to 35,000-40,000 points (also odd since I have the Gold Card  already), 45,000 for the Green Card (which it seems most people are seeing, at least via private browsers), and, quite notably,

70,000 for the Platinum Card.

That’s usually only 60,000 points, unless you are lucky enough to be targeted for the 100,000 point offer via CardMatch, and I do wonder if there may be another round of those 100k offers via CardMatch now only because of the elevated 70,000 one).

Over on Reddit, someone is claiming to have seen a 200,000 for $7,000 spend offer on the Plat. I don’t believe it myself, but then, who knows. Amex does some crazy things with their targeting.

Please share your offers in the comments.

Also note that many of these offers have the language “This offer may not be available if you leave the web page and return later.” This is what we often see with transfer bonuses and so, maybe have an idea of what you are looking for and would accept before trying. If you do miss it, though, you can always try again using an incognito/private browsing window.
