The Chase Ink Cash card currently has an increased signup offer on it. The offer is now 50,000 Ultimate Rewards points when you spend $3000 within the first 3 months. I personally got this card last year for 30,000 Ultimate Rewards points.

This signup bonus alone is worth $750 if you also carry a Chase Sapphire Reserve card.

Why do people like the Chase Ink Cash card?

Two reasons:

  1. No annual fee
  2. 5 Ultimate Rewards per dollar spent at office supply stores.

When you realize that you can buy gift cards at office supply stores and that you can combine points with your Chase Sapphire Reserve card where points are worth a minimum of 1.5 cents each, this card gives you an effective 7.5% + cash back at basically anything you can get a gift card for at office supply stores, including megastores like Amazon.com.

You will also earn 5 points per dollar on all phone, Internet and cable bills and 2 points per dollar on gas and dining.

Keep in mind the limit per year is $25,000 in spend for the 5% categories and also $25,000 a year for the 2% categories.

The card has a few other features, like primary car rental collision/damage coverage – but only on a provable business rental.

As a business card, it won’t count against your running 5/24 total, though if you are already over 5/24 you won’t be approved for this card.

I have links to apply for Business Credit Cards with their associated signup bonuses here. If you are approved when using my links, I may receive a small commission which I greatly appreciate.
