Caesars Diamond Tier Match for Existing Members
Caesars nearly always has a tier match running, but the catch is that it’s only for people that have never had any Caesars card before – at any tier level.
Starting on January 1, 2026, you will have a year (unless pulled early!) where you can match, in Atlantic City only, to Diamond level using an Atlantic City card.
The promotion is shown at this page which is distinct from their normal tier match page for all US regions.
Details
January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026
New and existing Caesars Rewards members can present their qualifying Atlantic City competitor card and valid photo ID at a Caesars Rewards Center at Caesars, Harrah’s Resort or Tropicana in Atlantic City to receive an upgrade to Diamond status and unlock more perks.
Members must earn 100 tier credits before the Diamond Tier Benefits are loaded to their accounts.

Ocean Casino Resort | Prime or Reserve
Hard Rock Atlantic City | X Card
Borgata | Gold, Platinum or Noir
Bally’s Atlantic City | Legend
Resorts | Paramount, Paramount Plus or Red Carpet
Golden Nugget | Chairman or Elite
Summary
If you have managed to still have one of the above statuses, you can hop back on the Status Match Merry Go Round™ for the year (and if you are able to “onward match,” maybe longer….)
I’ll note that if you have expiring Bally’s Superstar status, it would seem you could bring that to Golden Nugget and match to Chairman there and bring that card over to Ballys (as long as the card they give isn’t some sort of labeled temporary card??). I know others have managed to hold on to MGM Gold (which is Borgata Gold above).
So while this won’t help those with only hotel / airline status (and Wyndham still won’t match over from a credit card granted status), those who have held on to casino status will be able to secure 2026 casino status with this offer.
Note that you do need to earn 100 Tier Credits (not that hard) to get your Diamond benefits for the year so don’t match and skip out without doing that!
That would get you the Caesars Atlantis stay and the $100 Celebration dinner.

Paramount Plus gets you Diamond?
How much does one have to spend on avg. to get 100 tier credits? $100 bucks?
I think less depending on the slot but $100 is a good safe number to be sure.
I matched my Bally’s Superstar to Golden Nugget Chairman last night and it doesn’t carry any “temporary” identification that I can see. It does expire on Feb. 28 but it should get me back to Caesars Diamond.

If you match in January how long would the match be for? Since Caesars status resets Feb 1, is it a 90 day match or only until 2/1?
If I have a status matched MGM gold card (good for 90 days) can I match that to one of the cards above that will match to Caesar’s Diamond? If so, which casino/card? Thanks.
I’m not sure how you could since their last match ended Sept 30th! but assuming you have one you can match that directly to Caesars. Borgata Gold means MGM Gold. It’s the same.
I have mgm gold that is expiring end of month, booking a flight from sfo just to do this. anyone do the match yet?
