Business Platinum Card Authorized User Fee Rising June 1st

Effective June 1st, 2022, the annual fee on the Business Platinum Card will rise from $300 to $350. This will apply to new and existing Authorized Users, so if you are thinking about adding one, you may as well do it before June 1st…

This is especially pertinent now, given that Amex will be restricting guests starting in 2023, meaning that you will either pay $350 for someone to be an AU and get free access, or you’ll pay $50 a pop (unless you spend $75,000 in a calendar year on your card, the math of which does not make sense given how many points you would be giving up compared to putting that spend elsewhere).
