I found this offer today in my Amex Offers. You’ll get a $70 statement credit when you spend $350 at a Conrad or Waldorf Astoria through Dec 31, 2019 in one of the specified countries. But the best part is two fold.

1) For once, one of these offers isn’t limited to the US. It’s valid in in China, Germany, France, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, Singapore, Thailand, the United States, and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. (Although they do state that not all hotels in these countries are participating, so be sure to double check your preferred hotel when you add the offer.
2) If you have an American Express Hilton Aspire card, you can stack this with the annual $250 resort credit. You can see all participating resorts here. Unless anyone knows otherwise, I see no reason why you couldn’t stack this for a total credit of $320 off of $350 (if, of course, you could put exactly $350 in room charges on the card). I just got the Aspire last month and need to use that annual credit anyway, so this is a perfect double stack for me.
