Hyatt is testing a collaboration with convenience product delivery service Gopuff to offer free delivery to select Hyatt Place locations
Hyatt provided MilesTalk with the following information about the collaboration:
HYATT AND GOPUFF PILOT PROGRAM BENEFITS:
Guests and World of Hyatt members who visit participating Hyatt Place hotels may enjoy the following benefits:
- Free delivery on every Gopuff order at participating properties
- Guests who are using Gopuff for the first time will receive $10 credit for their first two orders and access to thousands of products during their stay, including snacks and drinks, over-the-counter medications, home cleaning and baby products, alcohol in select markets, and pet products for those guests traveling with their furry friends.
- Guests staying at participating Hyatt Place pilot hotels in Nashville and Phoenix may also take advantage of fresh meals, such as pizza, breakfast sandwiches, café style coffee and matcha drinks, and more.
HOW IT WORKS:
Hyatt Place guests at participating locations can scan the QR code placed in their rooms and common areas to take advantage of the Gopuff offer during their stay, or visit Gopuff.com/r/
HYATT x GOPUFF CATEGORIES:
In a recent survey, Hyatt learned that more than 60% of travelers confirmed they have forgotten to pack an item (e.g., toiletries and first aid) for a business or leisure trip*. Leveraging data from the same survey, Hyatt and Gopuff identified the most-often-forgotten and most-likely-to-purchase items and collaborated to create in-app categories such as Travel Essentials, Spa Retreat, Movie Night, Office on the Go, and more, to ensure guests have easy, quick access to the items they need most while traveling.
- New Gopuff users will automatically be driven to the curated categories once they register for a Gopuff account through the on-property QR code.
- Existing Gopuff users can access the curated categories through a Hyatt Place tile on the Gopuff APP homepage once their delivery address is updated to a participating property location.
PARTICPATING LOCATIONS:
The pilot program is rolling out to the following Hyatt Place hotels across Chicago, Phoenix, Denver, and Nashville, now through February 2022, with a few more continuing to join.

- Hyatt Place Chicago / Wicker Park
- Hyatt Place Chicago/River North
Phoenix:
- Hyatt Place Phoenix/ Chandler-Fashion Center
- Hyatt Place Tempe/Phoenix Airport
- Hyatt Place Phoenix/Mesa
- Hyatt Place Scottsdale/Old Town
Denver:
- Hyatt Place Denver-South/Park Meadows
- Hyatt Place Denver Tech Center
- Hyatt Place Denver Airport
Nashville:
- Hyatt Place Nashville/Downtown
- Hyatt Place Nashville/Opryland
- Hyatt Place Nashville/Brentwood
