Just a year ago, we were celebrating 30,000 MilesTalk Facebook group members.
We’ll be at about 45,000 Facebook group members at the time of this event… or about 50% bigger. And the early RSVPs show it!
We had our last event at Santa Monica Brew Works on a Sunday at 4pm and it worked so well, I figured we’d do it again! They have space and we have the people.
This year’s event will be at at Santa Monica Brew Works on Sunday January 26th at 4pm PT.
There’s no cost to attend, no Eventbrite, etc – but PLEASE RSVP here if you are coming out so I can give the bar an accurate headcount for tables.
At least the two drinks (and food) will be on MilesTalk as a thank you for being a part of the community. Maybe more drinks, too

When the event ends really depends on when people leave, so come near the beginning to be sure you don’t miss it!
They have tons of beers on tap as well as some delicious food from Emmy Squared (fantastic pizza among other bites).
The Meetup is mostly socializing (plus, of course, Ask Me Anything!) but I may bring a few prizes for a bit of trivia.
