Bilt Rewards (the credit card that lets you earn points for paying rent with absolutely no fees) announced a new transfer partner today: Marriott Bonvoy.

Bilt Members can now transfer Bilt Points at a 1:1 ratio to Marriott Bonvoy Points and as a Bilt Member exclusive, for every 20,000 Bilt Points transferred to Marriott Bonvoy Points in a single transaction, members will receive an additional 5,000 Marriott Bonvoy points. Point transfers will take up to 48 hours for a transfer to complete (but should largely be near instant).

Here’s the new complete list of Bilt Rewards transfer partners:

Bilt Transfer PartnersAll transfer at a 1:1 ratio. Transfer times below:

Aer Lingus AviosWithin 10 minutes
Avianca LifemilesWithin 10 minutes

Turkish Airlines Miles&SmilesWithin 10 minutes
TAP Miles&GoTBD

World of HyattWithin 10 minutes
Accor Live Limitless (ALL)TBD - Note, transfer is 3:2

In addition, Bilt Members can earn 100 Bilt Points by linking their Bilt and Marriott Bonvoy accounts in the Bilt Rewards app.

While you’ll still likely get more valuable redemptions from other Bilt partners, like World of Hyatt, simply due to how many points are required for equivalent rooms, this does put Bilt above both Chase and American Express that transfer 1:1 to Marriott but do not offer the 25% bonus for every 20,000 points transferred. (That said, they offer occasional transfer bonuses that offer as much as a 50% bonus.)

It’s always great to see a new transfer partner – and there are times that transferring can absolutely make sense due to Marriott’s 5th night free on awards, but you always want to line that redemption up before transferring and make sure the value you are getting is worth the Bilt points.

Overall, Bilt has absolutely built up a a powerhouse of transfer partners (like Hyatt, American Airlines, United, Turkish, and more) with no annual fee, 3X on dining, and, of course, fee-free rent payments that earn rewards.

Apply for the Bilt Mastercard and pay your rent fee-free while earning transferable points!

PS: If you already have a Bilt card, Bilt has a special offer on for the next two weeks to celebrate winning a TPG award last night:

  • 4x point increase when you refer a friend. For the next 2 weeks, members will get 10,000 Bilt Points (compared to the usual 2,500) for every friend they refer who gets approved for the Bilt Mastercard®
  • On your 5th referral you will still get 10,000 bonus points (unchanged from our regular referral campaign). The total referral points cap of 2,025,000 still applies.
  • For a referral to qualify they must have not previously created a Bilt Rewards account or opened a Bilt Mastercard® issued by Wells Fargo
