bilt

Effective today, Bilt has two new transfer partners to boast about – TAP Miles&Go and Accor Live Limitless.

While neither is a “game changer,” they are both nice to haves.

  • TAP Miles&Go will transfer 1:1 and is useful as it’s only a transfer partner of Capital One – and you may not have any Capital One cards. I can also only find one Capital One to TAP Transfer Bonus (I sure love being able to sort our Transfer Bonuses on YBCC by source or destination program 🙂 ) in July 2023 and only for 15%. I would expect we’ll see a much better TAP bonus during a future Bilt Rent Day?

I also like this because lately TAP has been CRAZY stingy with releasing award space to Star Alliance partners. I happen to need a direct flight from Portugal to NYC and TAP with a transfer bonus may wind up being my only option – despite generally terrible program rates (over 100k TAP for a one way business class from Portugal to the US and vice versa).

  • Accor Live Limitless: This is neat because they have a 3:2 transfer ratio – which is the best out there. An ALL point is worth 2 Euros so 3,000 Bilt points are worth 40 Euros or about $44 at the current exchange rate. That’s 1.46 cents a piece for your Bilt points when redeeming for Accor stays. Not an earth shattering “cents per point” value but a pretty solid one for an easy redemption at a decent value.
