Amex changed up their line up of Hilton Honors credit cards from American Express today with Limited Time Offers as follows:
In this article
Hilton Honors American Express Card
Earn 70,000 Hilton Honors Bonus Points plus a Free Night Reward after spending $1,000 in purchases in your first 3 months. Terms apply. (Rates and Fees)
Hilton Honors American Express Surpass® Card
Earn 130,000 Hilton Honors Bonus Points plus a Free Night Reward after spending $2,000 in purchases in the first 3 months.
If you apply for the Surpass, please use my referral link and then hit “View all cards with a referral offer” to get to the Surpass as it doesn’t currently have an affiliate link.
Bottom Line
I love these offers that include Free Night Rewards. While these used to only be valid on weekends (Fri-Sun), through 2022 they are valid any night of the week. They are also “uncapped” meaning that any Standard Reward Night (these max out at 120,000 points per night) is valid with these certificates – and you can also view Hilton Free Night Reward certificates online now.

Does Amex have a limit on cards opening and closing? I keep getting a rejection saying I’m not eligible for the bonus. I have a great credit score, and I have never done a balance transfer.
Yes, if one opens and closes AMEX cards and isn’t putting on spend, this will eventually happen. The only way past it is to start spending on the AMEX cards you have.
