Hilton Honors / SLH Partnership
In February, Hilton announced that the partnership with SLH, formerly with Hyatt, would now be a partnership with Hilton – and more tightly integrated than SLH ever was with Hyatt. Exciting!
We also heard that Hilton planned to integrate SLH properties just like any other Hilton Honors participating property, meaning 5th night free for elites, a points cap on award nights (not fixed to any award charts, as those no longer exists, but Hilton still sticks to a ceiling on cost for any particular hotel, a cap that as far as today has not exceeded 150,000 points a night and only at the most luxe / expensive properties).
The Standard Reward Nights will also allow for use of Free Night Rewards that you can earn on the Hilton Surpass and Hilton Aspire credit cards. With Hyatt, many SLH properties were Category 8 and therefore even out of reach for the Free Cat 1-7 award you earn at 60 nights.
The First Three Hilton Honors Participating SLH Properties are Now Online!
While it’s only three, it allows us to see award pricing and gives us confidence in how this will work on a larger scale.
- Teranka in Formentera, Spain
- Nobu Hotel Marbella in Marbella, Spain
- Flemings Mayfair in London, England
Here’s how an SLH property shows up on a map search:

Rates in Cash vs. Points
It’s a bit early to fully judge as right now I can only find rates for two of the 3 hotels in late January 2025. I’m sure more will be online soon.
- Flemings Mayfair in London, England
- Nobu Hotel Marbella in Marbella, Spain
That’s about $368 USD or 78,000 points or about 0.47 cents per point – not amazing.
However, as you can see, the London property seems to be topping at 80,000 points and once we see more expensive properties come online, I think we’ll see some outsized value.
Stay tuned!
