Chase Bank

As flagged by Danny Deal Guru, there is a new(ish?) line in the application page for the no-fee Chase Ink credit cards (the Chase Ink Business Cash® and Chase Ink Business Unlimited® cards).

The new cardmember bonus may not be available to you if you have ever had this card or any other Chase for Business card without an annual fee. We may also consider factors pertinent to your business in determining your bonus eligibility.

This doesn’t seem to be being enforced yet and we don’t actually know how long this language has been in the terms and conditions. chase ink bonus eligibilityIt should be no surprise, though, that Chase would move to restrict bonuses on these cards, though one would hope for a 24 month type rule rather than what seems like it will eventually be once-per-lifetime. The word may in the text gives them pretty broad discretion and I can’t help but wonder if they are working on a “popup” to show non-qualification for a bonus offer like they do now on the Sapphire product line.

Bottom line: The text is there. It’s not enforced yet. It probably will be soon.

Keep in mind that the current $900 / 90,000 point bonus offers on the Chase Ink Business Cash® and Chase Ink Business Unlimited® end by 9am ET tomorrow, Nov 13th, 2025.
