You’ll need to be a fan of the Chase Travel(SM) portal for booking since that is baked into this welcome offer, the first time I can recall Chase giving points + something else in a Sapphire bonus offer.

The offer is:

Earn 60,000 bonus points after you spend $4,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening. Plus, get up to $300 in Chase Travel statement credits in the first year of account opening for any purchases made on Chase Travel.

I think this offer will be a bit polarizing as if you only use points for booking travel in the portal, this is pretty appealing, whereas if you only use your points for transfer partners like Hyatt, then this will not be as attractive as previous higher all-points offers.
