We just received word from Capital One that this Best Ever offer on the Venture Rewards Credit Card from Capital One will end on September 9th, 2024.
With the early spend bonus worth a minimum of $1,000 and potentially much more if you utilize Capital One’s airline and hotel transfer partners, it’s a pretty solid offer. You are eligible even if you already have a Venture X card as long as you didn’t pick that (or another Capital One card) up in the last 6 months.

It’s been a minute since we’ve seen an elevated offer on the vanilla $95 annual fee Venture Rewards Credit Card from Capital One that earns 2X on everything (redeemable towards travel, even travel posted to your statement, so you can book direct with the merchant).
You’ll still earn 75,000 bonus miles (worth $750 in travel – or more if you transfer to airline/hotel partners) after spending $4,000 within the first 3 months of account opening.
But you’ll get a kicker of a one-time $250 Capital One Travel welcome credit when you open your account. The credit can be used instantly to book flights, hotels + vacation rentals, and rental cars on Capital One Travel for your upcoming trip.
This is a limited time offer and it’s worth a minimum of $1,000.
If you wanted to cash in the 75,000 miles instead of transferring to airline/hotel partners (like I would), that’s $750 in credits towards travel right there, and now you get the extra $250 credit (although that does have to be used in the Capital One Travel portal. But obviously if you value Capital One Miles higher (I value them at 1.6 cents a piece) then this is worth more in the range of $1,450.
