My favorite “Rent Days” (the 1st of every month with Bilt) are the ones with huge transfer bonuses.

Up to 100% Lifemiles Transfer Bonus for Bilt’s Rent Day
This month, the Bilt partner on board with a mega bonus is Avianca, but as is often (but not always) the case, your transfer bonus depends on your Bilt status.
Note that top tier Platinum status requires $50,000 in spend the previous year (or 200,000 Bilt points earned excluding rent).
Avianca’s Lifemiles is in theory a great program. Award prices are reasonable (although there was a recent Lifemiles devaluation) and they do not pass on carrier fuel surcharges. You can use them to book Star Alliance awards. However the program is very glitchy. Seats available elsewhere may not be available on Lifemiles. However, customer support ranges from bad to tear your hair out and fees to cancel an award flight are among the worst in the industry at $200 per ticket for long haul premium cabin awards. There are also often problems with phantom availability and website glitches.
Many expert award bookers still love the program, though, and so while I personally do not, I recognize others do 🙂
The transfer bonus promotion is active from February 1st, 2025 at 12:00am ET until February 1st 2025, 11:59pm PT in the Bilt Rewards app or website.

A 100% bonus is tempting and I’m sure many Platinum members will jump on it, though the lower tiers are a bit less compelling. I still wouldn’t speculatively transfer even at 100%, but that’s just me. I’ve been sitting on roughly one business class redemption to Europe worth of points for about 4 years now largely due to my reluctance to book way in advance and have to deal with a schedule change that causes a need for manual intervention.

DOUBLE POINTS ON THE FIRST
Take advantage of Rent Day with double points earnings. Bilt Cardholders will earn accelerated points across non-rent spend, including:
DINING: 6X points (regularly 3X points)
TRAVEL: 4X points (regularly 2X points)
OTHER SPEND excluding rent: 2X points (regularly 1X points)
Bilt Cardholders will receive double earnings, up to 1,000 bonus points, from 12:00am ET on February 1st through 11:59pm PT on February 1st. Cardholders will continue to earn 1x points on their rent payments when paying with the Bilt Mastercard®.
SOULCYCLE X BILT RENT DAY RIDES ARE BACK
Rent Day Rides are back on February 1st at 50+ SoulCycle locations nationwide. Members can receive a complimentary bike in the special-themed class when booking directly through the Bilt Rewards app. Platinum Members will be able to secure their bikes first beginning at 10:50am ET on January 28th, 2025. Following that, regular members will be able to secure their bikes beginning at 11:00am ET on January 28th, 2025.
