Last week, Michael at TravelZork broke news of a status match at Wynn which only recently became tier based.
I didn’t rush to post right that second because some details were up in the air and I didn’t want anyone making hasty plans. At the same time, I know that MilesTalk readers LOVE their status matches 😉
The TL;DR on the Wynn Status Match is this:
If you are on the Status Match Merry Go Round, you can match your Mlife Gold or Caesars Diamond to Wynn Platinum.
- The match has to be done in person and in Las Vegas.
- You must match by August 31st, 2021
- The matched Tier will be valid until December 31, 2022
- There was hope of an online match. Nope!
- There was a LOT of hope that one could match at Encore Boston Harbor. As of now, not so much!
Now, if you can do the match, it’s well worth it. Wynn Platinum members receive FreeCredit on their birthdays plus $100 in complimentary birthday spa credit and $150 in birthday restaurant credit as well as two complimentary “Master Classes.” The birthday credits are only valid during your birthday month, however, and I’m not sure which benefits are available at Encore Boston Harbor. (If you do, please comment!)

Hi Dave – Thanks for the heads up on this! Philly and I just did it, in person at Wynn LV. Easy peasy from Caesars Diamond to Wynn Platinum, no questions asked. The cards we received expire on 12/31/21 but the hostess said they can be exchanged after the first of the year for another card that will be good through 2022. Unfortunately, we already had our b-days this year so it will be next year before we can collect. We appreciate all you do to keep us informed of opportunities like this! ~Craig
That’s awesome! Glad it worked flawlessly. And thanks as well for the compliment 🙂
