MilesTalk group moderator Sarah flagged to me a handful of great new options for booking resorts, even all-inclusive resorts, with World of Hyatt points as of today.

They are:

💳 Transfer bonuses are awesome. Get 20%, 30%, 40% or more bonus miles when you transfer points at the right times. But they are easy to miss! That's why we developed free "Transfer Bonus Notifications."

Get notified when a new transfer bonus comes out and again before it ends (either or both, your choice). See all current transfer bonuses and sign up for free notifications right here. 🔔

There may well be more – you can run some searches and see. You will note that if you search Cancun, it gives a much longer list as “NEW” but the remainder don’t seem to be bookable with World or Hyatt points yet.

This is all part of the Hyatt / AMR tie up announced several months ago.

Possibly the best part is that they seem to allow Globalist Suite Upgrade Awards (not sure if it’s just some or all). Here is an example.

I would 100% use a SUA on this suite!!

Overall, and I wish I had more time to play with this right now, these seem to be some solid redemptions where you can get 3 or 4 cents per point in value and go all-inclusive. This joins the Hyatt Ziva and Zilara brands as places to spend Hyatt points on all-inclusive vacations and like I always say – more redemption options are, well, more options 🙂
