Lots of us are now using DoorDash and Caviar because of the free DashPass conferred by the Chase Sapphire Reserve, which gives a free delivery fee (orders over $12) and slashed service fee.
What’s even better is stacking that with 20% off using discounted gift cards.
Here are a few places I have commonly seen 20% off DoorDash gift cards that you can check.
Amazon currently has an offer for $7.50 off when you spend $50 or more on select DoorDash Email Gift Cards. You must use the code DASH2020 at checkout to receive the discount. BestBuy is currently offering a $10 BestBuy Giftcard when you buy a $100 DoorDash giftcard.
If you are a Costco member, they sometimes offer 20% off. Check here.
If those don’t work out, you can try a discounted DoorDash giftcard on Raise.com.
TIP: You can load the DoorDash gift cards to EITHER DoorDash or Caviar. But once it’s loaded into one, it stays there until used up.
BIGGER TIP: It may try to deny you DashPass benefits when you use the gift card. Just go and make sure your default credit card is set to your Reserve and then make ure it’s set to pay by credit card and not Apple Pay. You’ll get the DashPass benefits despite not even paying by card.
