Grand Wailea Adults Only Pool

This was flagged the other day by Thrifty Traveler and is still around, with maybe even more availability than when they posted.

We are talking about Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort – a resort I think is so lousy that when I reviewed it, I called it a Hilton in Sheep’s Clothing.

That said, many people who are not me love this resort and it is often very hard to string together standard award nights.

They price at 110,000 points a night and you can of course also use Free Night Reward nights from your Hilton credit cards

Here’s a sample of the availability:

The best value would for sure be a 5 night stay, since the 5th night free (and no resort fees are charged by Hilton on award stays). If you have a couple of Free Night Rewards, this could easily be a nice, free 7 night stay for 444,000 points and a few certs.
