No transfer bonus this month (I know many were expecting one for their newest transfer partner, JetBlue!) but instead they are trying something new, and it isn’t just for the one day.

Bilt Travel Portal Hotel Promo

Bilt Members can unlock up to $150 off a hotel stay booked in the Bilt Travel Portal during Rent Week.

hen you login to your account, you’ll see a targeted chart delineating different savings of up to $150 for hotel bookings — good for travel booked between Oct. 28 at 9:00 am ET and Nov. 2 at 3:00 am ET, NOT only on Rent Day.

  • Spend thresholds will vary, but members can unlock $50, $100, or $150 off by making a qualifying booking.
  • Offer applies to one booking at any property in the Bilt Travel Portal, with no blackout dates or restrictions on length or type of stay.
  • Offer is available October 28 at 9:00 AM ET through November 2 at 3:00 AM ET
  • The spend threshold includes taxes and fees
  • If the booking is canceled during the offer period, you can use the offer again
  • The offer cannot be applied retroactively to an existing booking, or to bookings made after the offer closes
  • For Home Away from Home bookings, the credit is applied as a statement credit to the card used to pay on Bilt
  • Can be combined with Bilt Points and Bilt Cash at checkout
  • Cannot be combined with Bilt Card travel credits

I think that covers it!

They are also doing a Gift Card promo. I don’t see that appealing to many MilesTalkers, but I’ll mention it anyway.

Gift Card Redemption Bonus

Bilt Points are worth more when members redeem them for gift cards on November 1. All 125+ gift card brands eligible

  • Blue: 25% bonus
  • Silver: 50% bonus
  • Gold: 75% bonus
  • Platinum: 100% bonus

In case you missed it, I also covered changes to the Bilt program for 2027.

New to all of this? My “introduction to miles and points” book, MilesTalk: Live Your Wildest Travel Dreams Using Miles and Points is available on Amazon and at major booksellers.

Dave Grossman
I got "in the game" in 2003 and since then I've collected literally millions and millions of frequent flyer miles and hotel points. I've flown around the world in first class seats that would cost $29,000 using frequent flyer miles and a few bucks in tax. And I've stayed in some of the finest hotels - all for free! Several years ago, I realized many of my friends actually thought I was paying for these!! So I started sharing my tips. It's long been a passion, but when I hosted a session on Miles and Points at the South by Southwest festival, my love of the game intensified and this blog was born. Since then, I've written my book, MilesTalk: Live Your Wildest Travel Dreams Using Miles and Points (2nd Edition) - (author profile), give seminars on miles and points all over the world, and occasionally write for publications such as Frommer's and Forbes Advisor.
