Rove just added JetBlue TrueBlue as a transfer partner at 1:1, and it’s launching with a 20% bonus through November 14, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Every 1,000 Rove Miles becomes 1,200 TrueBlue points.

How Rove Compares Here

50,000 Rove Miles gets you 60,000 TrueBlue points. 100,000 gets you 120,000.

1:1 is the best ratio any transferable currency has to TrueBlue and now, for the next month Rove wins…

Rove’s other three bonuses (50% to JAL, 40% to Flying Blue, up to 35% to Qatar) all end October 31, so this one runs about two weeks longer.

What a TrueBlue Point Is Worth

About 1.3 – 1.4 cents. They tend to be worth more for economy than for Mint.

TrueBlue is revenue-based on JetBlue’s own flights, so it will vary from 1.3 – 1.4 cents but you won’t get any crazy redemptions, but a 20% transfer bonus gets you over 1.56 cents per Rove Mile even at 1.3 cents per point.

What You Can Book With TrueBlue Points

JetBlue. 😉

Then, you can redeem TrueBlue points on:

  • United
  • Qatar Airways
  • Etihad Airways
  • Condor
  • Icelandair
  • China Airlines
  • Cape Air

I can’t say I’ve ever found a true sweet spot in the partner bookings, though. YMMV / always worth checking!

Two things to know. Mixed carrier awards aren’t possible, so a JetBlue segment is a separate booking. And JAL came off the list on March 31, 2026.

Going the other way, Qatar Avios can price JetBlue flights well (sometimes really well), though booking them is pretty finicky.

How Every Other Transferable Point Transfers to JetBlue

1:1 isn’t a standard.

  • Amex Membership Rewards: 250:200. You lose 20%, and Amex charges its excise tax offset fee on transfers to US airline programs on top of that.
  • Capital One: 5:3. You lose 40%.
  • Chase Ultimate Rewards: 1:1.
  • Citi ThankYou: 1:1 on the annual fee Strata cards. No-fee ThankYou cards get 70% of that.
  • Wells Fargo Rewards: 1:1.
  • Bilt: no JetBlue transfers at all.
  • Rove: 1:1, effectively 1:1.2 through November 14.

To compare what you’d need to transfer to get 12,000 JetBlue points.

  • 10,000 Rove Miles during the bonus / 12,000 after
  • 12,000 from Chase, Citi or Wells Fargo
  • 15,000 Membership Rewards plus the excise fee
  • 20,000 Capital One Miles

Every Rove Transfer Partner

JetBlue makes 21. All 1:1 except Accor, which is 3:2.

Star Alliance: Air Canada Aeroplan, Air India Maharaja Club, Copa ConnectMiles, Miles & More, Thai Orchid Plus, Turkish Miles&Smiles

Oneworld: Cathay Pacific Asia Miles, Finnair Avios, JAL Mileage Bank, Qantas Frequent Flyer, Qatar Airways Avios

SkyTeam: Aeromexico Rewards, Air France/KLM Flying Blue, SAS EuroBonus, Vietnam Airlines Lotusmiles, Virgin Atlantic Flying Club

No alliance: Etihad Guest, Frontier Miles, Hainan Fortune Wings, JetBlue TrueBlue

Hotels: Accor Live Limitless (3:2)

Copa, Miles & More, Air India, Hainan, Frontier, Vietnam and SAS aren’t reachable from Amex, Chase, Citi or Capital One at all. The Transfer Partner Matrix has all of them side by side.

My Take

Love the transfer bonus. Amex has done JetBlue transfer bonuses of 10%-25% but only a 10% this year in May for a week and the rest dating to 2024.

Also, Rove’s roster of partners is getting harder and harder to ignore….

Are you moving Rove Miles to JetBlue for this, or holding them for JAL and Flying Blue? And has anyone booked Condor or Etihad through TrueBlue lately?

Dave Grossman
I got "in the game" in 2003 and since then I've collected literally millions and millions of frequent flyer miles and hotel points. I've flown around the world in first class seats that would cost $29,000 using frequent flyer miles and a few bucks in tax. And I've stayed in some of the finest hotels - all for free! Several years ago, I realized many of my friends actually thought I was paying for these!! So I started sharing my tips. It's long been a passion, but when I hosted a session on Miles and Points at the South by Southwest festival, my love of the game intensified and this blog was born. Since then, I've written my book, MilesTalk: Live Your Wildest Travel Dreams Using Miles and Points (2nd Edition) - (author profile), give seminars on miles and points all over the world, and occasionally write for publications such as Frommer's and Forbes Advisor.
