Overnight, some posts surfaced around the Internet (blogs, Reddit, Instagram, etc) about the Bilt Palladium Card adding restaurants and experiences to the benefits.

Obviously this was incredibly exciting as many of us used to really enjoy the dining and experiences benefits (some cards retain experiences like BeRelax, while almost no existing cards still have the airport restaurant benefit anymore.

(Here’s a list of Priority Pass memberships via credit cards that still have dining or experiences access.)

Unfortunately, I have to be the bearer of bad news here as Bilt has confirmed with me that this was an error on the Priority Pass app (Bilt had nothing to do with it) that has since been corrected by Priority Pass.

There was no change to the benefits surrounding the Bilt Palladium’s Priority Pass benefits.

At the same time, my guess is that the error occurred when Priority Pass added the benefit for Citi Strata Elite® cardholders.

However, I am awaiting a reply from Citi with confirmation that this benefit was in fact intentionally added to Strata Elite (where it is still showing inside Priority Pass apps) or if that is also a glitch.

UPDATE: Below is the reply I got from Citi. I think it’s safe to say it has not been added…

“The Citi Strata Elite Card was designed to deliver elevated travel, dining, and entertainment experiences for cardmembers, including access to Priority Pass Select as part of its premium travel benefits offering.

Through Citi’s partnership with Mastercard and The Mastercard Collection, cardmembers also have access to globally connected travel experiences designed to enhance the end-to-end journey. This includes offerings such as Mastercard Fast Track lanes at select international airports and new dining concepts like Taste by Priceless in São Paulo, with additional expansion planned globally. Together, these benefits complement Citi Strata Elite’s broader travel and lifestyle value proposition for cardmembers,” said a Citispokesperson.”

Dave Grossman
I got "in the game" in 2003 and since then I've collected literally millions and millions of frequent flyer miles and hotel points. I've flown around the world in first class seats that would cost $29,000 using frequent flyer miles and a few bucks in tax. And I've stayed in some of the finest hotels - all for free! Several years ago, I realized many of my friends actually thought I was paying for these!! So I started sharing my tips. It's long been a passion, but when I hosted a session on Miles and Points at the South by Southwest festival, my love of the game intensified and this blog was born. Since then, I've written my book, MilesTalk: Live Your Wildest Travel Dreams Using Miles and Points (2nd Edition) - (author profile), give seminars on miles and points all over the world, and occasionally write for publications such as Frommer's and Forbes Advisor.
