Citi ThankYou Adds Aeromexico as a Transfer Partner (1:1)

It’s not very exciting to me, but Citi has added Aeromexico as a transfer partner for the Citi ThankYou program. What does excite me, though, and why I think this warrants a post is that it’s great to see Cit continuing to invest in the ThankYou program and working to make it stronger – especially now that we have an official “Citi Trifecta” card combo.

Not exciting to me, because I can’t think of any real sweet spots in the program and seeing this image (below) trying to even take a look doesn’t make me think it’s very easy either, but Aeromexico is a Skyteam partner so it’s potentially useful to some.

Note that for most things Skyteam, I’d probably prefer to use another Citi partner, Air France Flying Blue, but it could be worth comparing prices if that’s what you were doing (you may have to call Aeromexico for availability.

You can always reference a full list of transfer partners for all four major credit card programs, plus Marriott Bonvoy, at this page: Where can I transfer Chase, Citi, American Express, Capital One and Marriott points?
