With all four Hilton credit cards from Amex, it makes sense to wait for a “best offer” to appear since you can only get each bonus once per lifetime.

The Hilton Aspire bonus hasn’t changed in ages, but the other 3 do frequently.

Now is your opportunity to get the Hilton Honors American Express Business Card with an elevated offer that includes a Free Night Award.

These certificates are amazing because you can use them at any Hilton Honors property in the world, even if priced at the maximum 150,000 points, as long as there is a “Standard” award room.

For example, I’m at the airport in Cabo San Lucas where we just completed a 5 night stay that would have cost $9,000 using 5 Free Night Awards. Standard award nights cost 120,000 points. Since the 5th night would have been free on a point booking, it was the equivalent of 480,000 points for the 5 certificates.

These certificates used to be valid only on weekends, but are now permanently useable any night of the week, making them even more valuable.

And while you’ll earn that after $10,000 in spend on this card, spend just $5,000 more and you’ll get a second Free Night Award as a standard feature of this card is a Free Night Award after $15,000 in spend.

If you don’t have this card yet, this is the time.

You can learn more about the card and how to apply here.

New to all of this? My “introduction to miles and points” book, MilesTalk: Live Your Wildest Travel Dreams Using Miles and Points is available on Amazon and at major booksellers.

I got "in the game" in 2003 and since then I've collected literally millions and millions of frequent flyer miles and hotel points. I've flown around the world in first class seats that would cost $29,000 using frequent flyer miles and a few bucks in tax. And I've stayed in some of the finest hotels - all for free! A few years ago I realized many of my friends actually thought I was paying for these!! So I started sharing my tips. It's long been a passion, but when I hosted a session on Miles and Points at the South by Southwest festival, my love of the game intensified and this blog was born.
