JetBlue Ends Change Fees for Most Tickets

JetBlue already has a waiver in place for changes and cancellations on tickets booked through March 31st, 2021. Today they announced a series of changes that lock in fee free changes and cancellations moving forward, except for those on “Basic Blue” fares. And for all except Basic Blue, they will now guarantee you room in the overhead bin for your carry-on or, if unavailable, credit your JetBlue bank with $25.

If you are changing to a more expensive fare, you’ll pay just the difference in fare. If you change to a cheaper ticket or cancel, the balance goes into your JetBlue bank for use within 1 year.

Want more granular details? You can check out Seth Miller’s post on the changes.

Could Some of Your Citi Points be Hiding?

I’ve never heard of this before, but Citi being Citi, I’m not too surprised…

Miles To Memories reports that there are some ThankYou points that can go sort of dormant in your account, out of reach but easily reactivated with one click. I have no idea how or why this would happen but you can read more here.

Get 60,000 Citi ThankYou points when you spend $4,000 in 3 months. Using Turkish as a transfer partner, this could be worth 2 round trip domestic flights in Business Class or just 30,000 points shy of a roundtrip flight to Europe in Business Class! Get This Offer
