75,000 Bonus Miles and up to a $250 Travel Credit with the Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card (Offer Ended April 13, 2026)
At the time, this early-spend bonus offered up to $1,000 in travel value on a card with a $95 annual fee. Capital One had run a similar promotion before:

For a limited time, new Capital One Venture cardholders could earn up to $1,000 in travel sign-up bonuses.
The expired promotion included both:
- 75,000 bonus miles (worth $750 in travel) after spending $4,000 within the first 3 months of account opening, and
- A one-time $250 welcome credit (valid for one year) for eligible Capital One Travel bookings with a new account. It was applied before the minimum spend for the 75,000 bonus miles was met.
While you can offset travel where 100 points equals a $1 statement credit to offset travel purchases, the best value is of course in transfer partners.

At the time, I thought this was one of the strongest Venture offers we’d seen. I expected the bonus to revert after the limited-time offer ended. Similar offers in 2024 and 2025 had lasted one or two months, and I hadn’t seen a higher one.
At the time, Capital One’s “family rules” made you ineligible for this welcome bonus if you had received a bonus on this card or a Venture X in the previous 48 months.
