75,000 Bonus Miles and up to a $250 Travel Credit with new Venture Card Offer
An early spend bonus (how Capital One phrases bonus offers or welcome bonuses) of up to $1,000 in value on a credit card with just a $95 annual fee is pretty exciting. Capital One has offered this once before and it’s back again:
For a limited time, new Capital One Venture cardholders can earn up to $1,000 in travel sign-up bonuses.
You will receive both:
- 75,000 bonus miles (worth $750 in travel) after spending $4,000 within the first 3 months of account opening, and
- A one-time $250 welcome credit (valid for one year) that can be used to book flights, hotels, vacation rentals, and rental cars through Capital One Travel – with the opening of a new account. This is applied to your account even before you meet the minimum spend for the 75,000 Bonus Miles.
While you can offset travel where 100 points equals a $1 statement credit to offset travel purchases, the best value is of course in transfer partners.

There’s never been a better time to grab a Venture card if you’ve been considering it as my assumption would be that when this Limited Time Offer ends, it will simply revert to the same bonus miles offer without the $250 credit. This offer has been around for 1-2 months in both 2024 and 2025, but we have not seen a higher one.
Keep in mind that with the new Capital One “family rules” you won’t be eligible for this welcome bonus if you have gotten a bonus on this card or a Venture X in the last 48 months.
