Hyatt and Chase have just come out with a pretty huge offer on the World of Hyatt Credit Card.
Available January 15 through February 26, 2026, new cardmembers can earn:
- 3 free nights at any participating Category 1-4 Hyatt hotel after spending $5,000 on purchases in the first 3 months of account opening AND
- 2 additional free nights at any of those hotels after spending $15,000 on purchases in the first 6 months.
A Category 4 hotel is as much as 18,000 points at peak times (12,000 off peak and 15,000 standard). If you used the 5 nights at peak, the offer would be worth 90,000 World of Hyatt points (75,000 at standard times).
Keep in mind that you also get a free Category 1-4 night anyway when you spend $15,000 in a calendar year, so you’d wind up with 6 free night awards.
Caveats:
- Remember you cannot apply Suite Upgrade Awards to nights booked with certificates.
- They expire in a year
- They cannot be topped off, so there is no way to book a Cat 5+ with these under any circumstances.
Those caveats aside, it’s a pretty fantastic offer! What do you think?
